I have a DHA property in Jerrabomberra, just outside ACT.
My last appraisal was $290,000 as a tenanted property. It would have been $320,000 untenanted.

I have a DHA property near the ACT. I've been told that it would be worth $10K to $30K more if it was immediately available to live in (it's worth $280K now)...
