That's not true actually

It's not a small rural area- quite large. We have several properties which have had excellent growth- one was CF+ from the start as well. But we don't have income from jobs now to service such properties, so we were looking to supplement income.

Most information is in the thread I've linked to. We're two weeks off settlement still. It's purely a cashflow play- we're not after CG at this stage.

I've done very well through a property sourced by [a buyers agent]. For me, it was well worth the fee.
