At least the system is a little better than before. At one stage, there was no "above the line" option. All numbers had to be entered. But I don't like the inflexibility of only "Enter a number 1 above the line and nothing else" or "Enter all numbers 1 to 100". At minimum, allow an option...

I find it disappointing to see some of the vitriol which has come out after the election- fortunately little of that here. The "losers" are pouring manure all over the "winners", the "winners" gloating like love struck roosters. Whatever the viewpoint, there's not too much which can be done...

It would depend on your skill set. If you were a low technology farmer you might not have much to offer the Australian work force- especially living in a city, perhaps in a community speaking the same language.

An extraordinary dismissal of a medium which has a huge variety of people contributing. While there is a skew to the younger and to the left, there are people of all ages and political persuasions. It's just another place where people communicate, and as such, is not limited to any age group...
