I'm already invested in the area, so I'm all for it going ahead, this "commitment" just doesn't give me much confidence is all. I mean it may be a good sign, you're right, but this thing could (will?) take 20 years.

Not sure that it does zebop. 100k is the kinda money that can be spent without actually committing to a project. It could be 100k spent to determine that its not feasible and hence saving them billions on completing the project.

Imagine that, an underpass. Wow Perth is really changing. I would have thought more sets of traffic lights would do it. :rolleyes:

It's something, but 100k doesn't go very far... be lucky to get an environmental study out of that.

Any news on when this is actually happening? Last I heard about it was when I recieved a pamphlet in the post about the proposed design for public comment.
