Insurance and power and water billing was also a concern of mine with the idea. I am not sure how you would insure it if it was on someone elses land? and a separate meter would probably be to expensive.

also with bunning i guess you would have good support for warranty claims etc.

I agree this is a great idea, i though about it in darwin with the tight rental conditions here. The benefits for pensioners is extra cash each week, no risk of capital (pensioners get an income for no money down). Bunnings have a smartspace building in Darwin on display, (3 of them all...
