Agreed. I was a little surprised at the price. It's something I'd love to have as a PPOR. Granted it needs a fair bit of TLC and there looks to be no garage.

I don't really see the same problem at Mt. Lawley which is on the Midland line. However Midland station is not so pleasant. Some locals did offer me some of their alcohol once though...!

Does anyone know what is happening with the MRA development on the eastern side of the city near the WACA? It's been sitting there for a while, just idle... The timeline doesn't give much forward visibility on what's in the pipeline: http://www.mra.wa.gov.au/projects-and-places/riverside/timeline
