I hear that place is also not so good. My colleague built a house there and had a little bit of buyers remorse. Im not saying it's a bad place to invest. Mt Druitt in Sydney is an undesirable location for many people, yet the prices went through the roof :)

Just make sure you take a drive there on a friday or saturday night and know what you are getting into.
