Looks like a mega-sized version of gecko poo, so your guess of it being snake poo sounds correct to me. :) (But again - no expert....)

Looks like a carpet python to me, but I am light years from being an expert, so ignore anything I say! Good luck with the removal. Is there a local wildlife service you can call for assistance??
