I didn't call it an investment :confused: That said it was bought specifically with intent to turn into an investment down the track (sub divisible block bought with original intention to develop).

The property? Around 35% (tax free as was PPOR, Sept 2006 to Dec 2009).

Got some links? Can't say I've seen any 'to be' FHBs complaining on this site that they can't afford a 4x2... or seen similar anywhere online. Sounds like another property myth to me.
