I personally respect her opinion over most of the other well know property advisors, she provides plenty of advice and guidance which is readily available . No one has a crystal ball but her general approach can be tweaked for ones own personal circumstances IMO.

Thanks S1mon, yes I saw that one it is considerably cheaper than other recent listings. Don't know if it is because its small or its in poor condition etc

My observations are that her predictions are generally on the money but she has an army of investors following her advice and by the time they become well known it may be too late and the easy gains have already been made. Can one person influence a market that much? Maybe an individual suburb...

Why not Hackham other than it seems to have already moved? From a distance there seems to be lots of investor activity there as the lower priced properties seem to be moving fairly quickly.

Don't know but watch her show and they seem to be looking at Logan,Kallangur,Christes Beach and Hackham from memory?
