I had no idea about the change. But maybe that's why it took them 3 long months to finalise and settle (End of Aug to end of Nov).

I just got 80% with RAMS... I'm pretty sure it's less than 7% p.a, but I don't usually pay much attention to the rate so I couldn't tell you exactly.
