    Hi Brendon. Good to hear it is progressing albeit the delay. It is a shame you cant put the carport. Will keep this is mind as it is quite often for properties to have easement running at the back of the block

    If say you are going to sell them, rather than keep, you would have to pay GST and therefore the figures/return on the project may not be that good. Can I get your opinion?
