Thanks DT. I believe there is a forum member who can do depreciation report. I will contact them closer to the settlement date, which is still 5 months away

I just bough a 1950's property in Cheltenham, which has been fully renovated recently (don't know the exact time, but would be within the last few years). It will be rented out for the next 2-3 years before we move in. Is it worth getting a depreciation schedule?
