No Probs mate. I reckon one of these larger companies would be the way to go. Maybe the quality of the build might be a little lower, but this type of prefab. housing seems to be much cheaper - and for a IP it would suffice.

wow, masterwall looks the bomb. Modern and CHEAP!!! looking at 3*3 bed, two storey townhouses on a 1100spm block for myself in next 18 months actually... Seem to be some good 2 story designs that are modern, and would be very cheap to build (comparatively)...Have just done google search so...
