That's a good point. Would be interesting to see some stats on the percentage of 'high' incomes, or incomes above average in the CBD.

As Peter said he is just twisting statistics. If you take Melbourne as an example - 14.3% of jobs are in the CBD, Docklands & Southbank - that's just 3 suburbs. If you added suburbs within 2km of the CBD (Richmond, St Kilda Road, Port Melbourne, South Melbourne, Carlton, North Melbourne...
