Hey Serge, it looks like you can't add an attached garage or outbuilding/sheds to granny flats anymore. Clause 3.5 (2)(d) of the General Housing Code excludes ancillary development attached to a secondary dwelling. Can you confirm if I've interpreted that correctly?
