yeah ADHD is a treatable condition with the right medication such as ritlin
my point was the kids playing it up that have no mental health condition etc just less discpline and no fear as they have much more laxed laws and they know it...
bring back the cane instead of the oh send him to counsiling and wacking them on supposed calm down pills.
