Not surprised at all, I read this whoel thread.. What I was alluding to, was packing ashtrays with the clothes of these types of tenants as punishment to them not working.. most likely their belongings were in a similar state of disgustingness and when they received them back with spilled drinks...

might not hurt to look past bunnings / supermarket type pest control stuff..

so the stuff was actually good enough condition for them to notice ? but they lived like pigs (who leaves numerous open cans of drinks et around the house like that for that long unless they got evicted after a party)

Would they have even noticed ?

Asked someone recently what their weekend plans were... I got a tired sigh & told cleaning up the mess the tenants I just moved on left behind, paiting cleleaning,rubbish removal etc ... He said he was renting it privately, tenants went bad, behind in rent, promising & not delivering, place was...

Hi Brenda, like a ot I have followed this thread through & shared my disgust & dissapointment at the situation. What does all this cost you vs. getting paid out by insurance ? Do you have to put "return to sender" on all the mail ?!

What a sad state of affairs, what might that say about the people who took the fuses for Christ's sake !

I really believe there are tons of kids in this country, living in inappropriate homes.........It is virtually impossible to adopt in Australia. Why is that? Not because of lack of children, but rather lack of enforced removal from inappropriate parentage. Any less than in other 'developed'...

I feel really sad for these kids and hope somewhere, sometime, the silly parents wake up to themselves and love and nurture them in a safe, clean environment. Me too. If you want to kill yourself / live like that fine.. but what gives you thr right to put others in a situation like that...

Winstonwolfe, Bloody amazing ! Surley arson would be considered differently (with the possible threat of affecting more than just the 1 property (eg if someone grafffitis a house, it;s just that house, but a fire can spread....) I had my car broken into 1 time, it was undrivable...
