    Aaron, That's a bit off topic. But is that wrong ? Can a highschool drop-out who can't read or count get a better job than someone qualified to do a higher high paying job ? Some CEO's suggests going to school is not a bad idea either - are they wrong ? coudl they have got the jobs...

    Locko, Do you have a plan that will see you retire from resi real estaete investment in less than 19 years ? 20 + 19 = 39 yyrs of age as an example - is retiring at 39 not "early" enough ?:confused:

    Yeah righteo cheers.. So it soudns like ONE had better prepare pretty darn well for it to work for them or else we could end up like Dazz foudn where the banks wont' give us money... Hmmmm this would probably be the interesting & unanswerable juicy bit of information / knolwedge one...

    Seems to be that you agree with Daz that his is a real problem, so one needs to overcome it for the rest of your plan to work. So how does one do that ?
