I think it was empty for 3-4 weeks. But we listed like a few days before Xmas so I really think it was about timing. I can't imagine anyone looking for housing during the holidays.
Vacancy rate in the area...not sure sorry.
I have them and it didn't seem to make a difference when it came to attracting tenants. That being said I was advertising during a really slow time of the year.
