    Hi Kim, I suspect that many PM's and tradesmen who are involved in investment properties daily easily conclude that they are troublesome to run. PM's see the repair bills, re-letting fees etc etc, while tradesmen deal with the maintenance issues that arise from time to time. Looking at it...
