Hi Tuppence, Congratulations on having your first IP settle last Thursday. It's natural to feel anxious when you have an IP empty and are wanting to release it asap. Given that you have only had 2 inspections, (one being on a Wednesday, and one on a Saturday), I'd be inclined to wait...
