    I do, but I sometimes get home around 4-5pm and work from home for another 3 hours or so. Cheers for the info everyone. Keep it coming. Any suggestions re areas to buy units/townhouses closer to the CBD sub $300k with a close to neutral cashflow?

    Thanks for the comments guys. I should also mention I have no experience with renos but something with reno potential would be good too. I don't plan on drawing equity out for another 12 months at this stage, so I would probably just sit on it and do the reno at a later stage. Cheers
