    Thanks for the info JT7. I'll give the plan a good read through tonight. I would personally prefer to live in Penrith than St Marys of Mt Druitt so I would think it will have more growth. But then again there has been a hell of a lot of growth in St Marys/Mt Druitt lately as well..
