Epping apartments are a lot more expensive than Carlingford (at least $150K difference for OTPs). So you are already paying that much extra for convenience.
The rental yield at Epping is very poor due to the very high price and large number of stock.
Carlingford High is non-selective. It is not the best, but pretty good one.
Carlingford West Public School is highly sort after primary school but not all parts of Carlingford is zoned to it.
