In a house we own and rent out there are 12 tenants in it. Does it make a difference whether it is legal or not? Does it affect the neighbors? Do we make a lot of money from it? Does it really matter? I always find these sort of threads amusing. Having a 4-6 bedroom house...

Personally, if I did this, I would keep the rent still at $350 a week, for each room. Just have the lease be very flexible. This type of venture needs to be hands on, otherwise it isn't worth the hassle.
