Answered here. Oops... forgot to mention that capitalising the margin loan interest means it doesn't need servicing. I use my margin loan like a LOC, I never repay interest & dip into it whenever I need. Dividends go into it. Obviously the LVR needs careful monitoring. So the bottom line...
