Hi All, I bought a investment property in Soldiers Hill 2 and a bit years ago. I bought it in the mid 200s and believe it is now sitting around 300k after a couple of cosmetic changes and capital growth. I was hoping i could get a few opinions about the area? Seems to be moving nicely...
