Our gas disconnection was quick and easy and they gave me a date...energex are being idiots and won't give me a date, just by the 12th of November...tell me that I have to just keep checking to see if its been disconnected...how hard would a simple phone call be to confirm its done. But...

Yes lots going on, even with the smaller blocks being reno'd. We were initially going to move into one of them but have since moved back into hubby's previous PPOR. Almost neighbors ;-)

No we would have to fund the DA ourselves - the valuation would be the value once approved with a house on it.

Update: House settled on the 19th of September and our application for realignment of the boundaries was lodged with council on the 24th of September, I am hoping we will have a decision by then end of October if its as straight forward as we helps. Hickups - Despite doing searchs etc...
