    I have been told from Westpac that it is only just rumours that this rate is about to go. A lot of other banks are trying to start rumours. My current personal banker at NAB told me that it was an error and that they withdrew the rate already . I have to refer him to the westpac home...

    Well NAB won't come to the party, offered to reduce my variable rate by 0.1%. We met with Westpac yesterday afternoon and this morning we recieving approval subject to valuatrion which won't be a problem to not only refinance 1 of the 3 but to borrow for an additional place.

    We are currently with the NAB and they have been annoying me over the last few months, we have low LVR somewhere between 40-60% deopending on whose valuation you take. Looking at fixing one of our 3 loans, and purchasing a new property for me to live in fixed. Might jump ship to Westpac...
