Just a quick to reply to what mIchaelW said... I was saying that if you owe the bank more than what you have, eg, could have $1m in equity in one place, but $2m debt in 3 other places. Hopefully thats a bit clearer. And just so its clear, I think what oscar has done is great :) And...
