also - go a speckle stone. i've just has a white with pebble speckle thru it put in and looks great. can't see crumbs or spills or sawdust (still reo-ing), whereas a friend has a plain/solid finish and every fingerprint shows. caeserstone is just a brand name - you can get "unknown" brands...
