    yep - we've got ours already lined up for spring lambs. Due to this thread, had lamb chops last night. Having roast chook tonight but due to all in one oven (despite beingt cleaned) smells like roast lamb tonight too.

    The Shank. They always used to be the cheap offcut, but noticed today they were $20/kg in the supermarket :eek: Bugger that ... slow cookers have a lot to answer for as even gravy beef and chuck are going up.
