how about frankston south ? especially in FHSZ,last month, there is hardly anything undre 300k on general frankston.

one strange thing here. frankston north and seaford are separated by one major road (frankston-dandenong rd), yet the prices can differ that much ( i think now $100k). Anyone have any comment on this ? or i am wrong here ? or is this just because of the frankston north name ?

Hi bronwynt, i think you can't really find any good sites in frankston now for about 250k (correct me if wrong here), they all asking high 200k and low 300k, if you can strecth more, why not look at frankston south, there are still some houses there asking for mid to high 300k. and market...

Feihong/all i am sure we heard about chinese people driving cheap car, but carry one big bag of cash, especially on auction day, and paid cash on auction day. and they are the one who is drivng up those crazy auction price. hopefully i can get some more in franskton....

Harris, based on your story on the board, at that time, it is probably true. but now on frankston market. you just have to put up what the agents/vendor asking. I have tried couple of offers below vendor asking (agent still submitting), but end up missed out. i think it is seller market over...

harris, a lot of houses that i asked for either under contract or sold or have a lot of people going through it. I think it is very hard on frankston market as a buyer, as we just have to accept the vendor asking price and have no negotiation power.
