I'm not sure how you could interpret my post regarding Binvested as anything but negative (for those wanting to be clients at least).

Someone mentioned earlier in the thread that there is a definite conflict of interest with Binvested's 'service'. I guess if he is able to find a property that ticks all the boxes (BMV, good cash flow, solid fundamentals), why would he not purchase the property for himself? From personal...
