What do you expect for $2m+?
On the topic of surfaces, it seems to me that expensive homes never have flat floors/walls/ceilings. Not sure if it's just for aesthetics or if it's practical, but it seems there's always a step up or down between living areas, ceilings with fancy recesses, internal courtyards or light wells...- luce.rocks
