Thanks for your reply Nathan, i really appreciate it! So how do you do your research on recent property sales prices? We have a great site in ACT called allhomes.com.au, but lately the past sales information doesn't seem to be getting updated all that regularly, so not sure how else I can find...

So Nathan, for those investor's less experienced than yourself (like me and most people on here I would say), where would you recommend to buy now? Obviously Melbourne has already boomed, so I've missed that boat. Where would you go now?
