Yep, I got a voucher of one of the deal sites for a plumber. Rang them up the day I bought the voucher (a Saturday) and said I just need two external taps installed. They said fine, we'll be there on Monday. Didn't turn up on the Monday so I rang again, said they'd be there the next day...
