Big ad for the Westpac 4.99% deal in this morning's Brisbane Courier Mail. In equally large print to the 4.99% (but in slightly paler type) was "Comparison rate 6.45%". Sounds as if there are substantial fees somewhere along the line. Better check the fine print.... Marg
