    I agree with you Bigtone and Rooster. Rockhampton and Bundaberg aren't a commutable distance to Gladstone and that is where all the big projects are.

    Thats 17% per annum for 3 years, that would be a minimum expectation for a booming Gladstone with 10,000 extra workers needed in that period. Today = $350k 1 year = $409k 2 years = $479k 3 years = $560k
