Hi there, we currently building an IP and the site work as finalised on 25th October 2007. By law the builder has to start within 3 weeks or so ... They did .... Fast forward to 25th April 2008 - We had a look 2 weeks agon and the house is there but, some stuff is broken, Carpet & tiles...
