    Accountant says dont need to do anything...not sure if he's right?

    It seems a bit odd to me. I would've thought that if you wanted to claim CGT exemption for the period it was your PPOR, you would need to establish it's value when you took up residence, and again when you vacated. If you are willing to forego this exemption, then go right ahead.:eek:
