I purchased this property in algester Just hope this area does well This was one of the cheapest 4 bedders in the area was badly presented which worked in my favour - needed new carpet and cooktop. Have since done that & im renting it out now. Fingers crossed...

thank you everyone so the consensus is it's generally ok? I'm hoping its an area for good capital growth in the future due to the good primary school, proximity to city & family friendly
