Thanks all for your honest replies. :o Perhaps I do I don't know anybody who lost $$ with storm and none of my immediate friends are close to retirement I do apologize if I have offended anyone with my head in the sand...but the only effect that the GFC has had on me is my ING interest...

At a family thing today and they were talking about the "GFC" Hubby and I are the only ones in the family who do not believe that ACA and Tody Tonight (or Home and Away etc :) ) are gospel :rolleyes: Talk came around to "the terrible GFC" (not that any of them have been affected at all)...
