    What are people's thoughts on building 2x2 apartments in this market? On that size block, I could fit 8 2x2 apartments. Anyone done the numbers on something similar? Build and sell might be a bit challenging; but build and hold to rent may make a pretty attractive yield.

    As mentioned by a few others, it's crazy how much the prices in Girrawheen have risen in anticipation of the zoning changes. I reckon it's a sellers market in this little microcosm.
