You might have a problem with that bath tap. It looks like either a sink or basin mixer which will be flow restricted to 7lpm maximum. That will take 20 minutes to fill a standard bath (1500mm - 140l). You might want to check and if it is , take out the flow restrictor (smll plastic disc)...
