Yup - simple as that Mind you getting the beans ready to roast is a bit labour intensive and takes time

really simple- 12 minutes in the oven on a baking tray, about 200 degrees and the kitchen smells wonderful when I am doing it

I grow my own coffee - lots of hassle to harvest but great when you have that first cup and you know its all yours. Good job I don't drink too much proper coffee as I would need a few more trees. I also grow my own tea too much easier to harvest and get black green and oolong from the same bush!.
