    You are right and thence the P&I in the first place. But due to a situation change and plan to make it an IP, I changed loan to IO

    At current savings, not more than 4 months. In worst case scenario, I have a backup source that will last me >24 months, but I hope I never use it

    PPOR: ATM it is 1146 fortnightly. It will change to 1980 pm after IO. IP: 1500 pm Other expenses are the normal council ad water rates @ approx 1200/year each.
