can someone pls tell me what ch 7 in perth were talking about in respect to the perth market..would really like to know.. ive just bought another development site in midland..my 2nd one in 6 months.. i beleive midland along with armadale have plenty of growth left in it as the infrastructure...

umm well as i am the builder i am building it at cost anyway..but im also going to be using new trades as i am moving over from sydney..i do beleive there are great shortages in good trades there so one can assume that the construction costs will be marginally up compared to sydney

yeah..u do the sums.. i bought the site for $60k per site..the going cost per site now is $85k + ive already got 9 out of 14 units sold off the plan in less than 24 hours!!! all i gotta do is build them..i could have had 7 "free" units out of this deal..then i got greedy and the agent wanted...
