Are there any owners in Frankston developing their land? I'm interested in doing the same to take advantage of rising prices. Appreciate it if you could let me know of your experiences with builders etc.

Even though the median for Frankston is at an all time high, relative to the greater Melb area, its still cheap. I guess the Marina approval hasn't sunk in yet. Prices may pickup more once construction actually starts.
